Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic medical-surgical environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess Patient Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, psychosocial, environmental, spiritual, social, and educational needs to develop personalized plans of care.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with healthcare professionals to achieve desired patient outcomes and ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Develop and implement teaching plans to meet the educational needs of patients and families, promoting informed decision-making and self-care.
  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly convey patient information to colleagues and multidisciplinary caregivers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Document Patient Information: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Adapt to Changing Environment: Demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude when faced with technology and process changes, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Licensure and Certification: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification in a relevant specialty.
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical setting.
