Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and accounting, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to drive business growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Manage customer relationships, providing exceptional communication and setting realistic expectations.
  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day financials, including receivables, payables, pricing, and financial reporting.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, providing daily oversight and guidance, and ensuring seamless execution of pool services.
  • Focus on employee retention and recruiting, with a emphasis on continuing education and professional development.
  • Communicate effectively with the business owner, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of management and/or accounting experience, with a strong background in the swimming pool industry.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • The ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A college degree and Certified Pool Operator License.
