Job Opportunity

Club Pilates Mandeville is seeking a Sales Representative to assist the General Manager with new membership sales and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Intro Classes.
  • Assist with retaining current members.
  • Learn and use the Club Ready software system.
  • Develop selling skills and participate in special events to promote the club.

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills.
