About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Family Therapist to join our team at Monte Nido Clementine Twin Lakes, a residential treatment program for adolescents struggling with eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide weekly family therapy and caregiver coaching sessions to support clients and their families
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions for clients and families to promote healing and growth
  • Offer meal support and guidance to clients to foster a healthy relationship with food
  • Participate in ongoing care management to ensure comprehensive support for clients
  • Provide safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client, acknowledging their unique circumstances and intersecting identities
Requirements
  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related field
  • Licensed or license-eligible in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
  • Prior experience treating individuals with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
