About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Family Therapist to join our team at Monte Nido Clementine Twin Lakes, a residential treatment program for adolescents struggling with eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide weekly family therapy and caregiver coaching sessions to support clients and their loved ones.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions to foster a sense of community and connection among clients.
  • Offer meal support and guidance to clients, promoting healthy relationships with food and their bodies.
  • Participate in ongoing care management to ensure seamless support for clients throughout their treatment journey.
  • Provide a safe, empathetic, and affirming environment for each client, acknowledging and respecting their unique identities and experiences.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related field.
  • Licensed or license-eligible in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.).
  • Prior experience working with individuals with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices is essential.
