Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Provide instruction and support to students in a variety of settings, including classrooms and one-on-one sessions
- Collaborate with general education teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive educational experience
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of each student
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress and involve them in the educational process
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
- Teaching certification with a Special Education endorsement
- Experience working with students with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other educators and support staff
