We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team at KinderCare Learning Companies. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our children and families. You will be responsible for implementing our curriculum, creating a safe and nurturing environment, and partnering with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that promotes learning and development
• Partner with parents to provide a seamless and supportive experience for their children
• Support the success of your center by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
