The Inn at Little Washington is seeking a highly skilled Front Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations, including expediting, billing, and resolving guest issues.
  • Act as a mentor and trainer for new staff members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure their success.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of fine dining experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and resort amenities, with a passion for sharing this knowledge with guests.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
