We are seeking a highly skilled Bankruptcy Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our financial services group, you will be responsible for monitoring loans in bankruptcy, ensuring compliance with bankruptcy plans, and communicating with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Monitor loans in bankruptcy to ensure compliance with bankruptcy plans and investor guidelines
* Communicate with the Foreclosure, Loss Mitigation, Escrow Analysis, Taxes, and Insurance departments regarding bankruptcy status
* Prepare and review Proof of Claims, Motions for Relief, Payment Change Notices, and Post Petition Fees and Costs
* Serve as the primary point of contact for bankruptcy attorneys and customers
* Ensure adherence to state and federal bankruptcy rules and laws

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum 3 consecutive years of bankruptcy experience in all chapters and processes
* Experience in preparing motions for release, reconciling loans on MSP, and preparing Proof of Claims for counsel
