About the Role

DaVita is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator for our dialysis unit. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care and services, including tracking vital signs, lab values, and outcome management.
  • Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients by delivering high-quality care and collaborating with the clinical team.
  • Train and mentor new staff members to ensure a smooth transition and high-quality patient care.
  • Float to various facilities during and after training to ensure flexibility and adaptability.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our patients and team.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • At least 18 months of registered nursing experience, preferably in dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg.
  • Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA required.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required.
