- Oversee project consultants, maintaining comprehensive records of notes, dates, and relevant information.
- Conduct site visits to client data centers to strengthen relationships with management and technical teams.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by sharing insights and best practices, facilitating regular meetings, and staying updated on team progress.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
- Lead team meetings, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Effectively address customer complaints and concerns.
- Understand client business needs, optimize resource allocation, and communicate the implications of data center operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols among on-site technicians.
- Exhibit accountability for service quality and user experience.
- Provide performance management, feedback, coaching, and development resources to consultants.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional IT consulting environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT project delivery.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, RUP, RAD, or Scrum is advantageous.
Essential Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships quickly, even in challenging situations.
- Understanding of IT outsourcing and staffing dynamics.
- Knowledge of SOW/contractual obligations and managed services.
- Experience in direct customer relationship management.
- Diplomatic yet assertive when necessary.
- Strong written communication skills, demonstrated through client-facing documentation.
- Adept at transforming diverse information into concise reporting.
- Organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Understanding of financial and project budget reporting.
- Self-motivated with a focus on personal growth and development.
- Ability to initiate and own projects independently.
