About the JobThis is a full-time opportunity to join our team as a Laboratory Operations Director. In this role, you will oversee all laboratory operations, ensuring that standards of care are consistent with our mission and regulatory requirements. You will provide leadership and administrative support to department associates, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all laboratory operations, including planning, directing, and evaluating activities.
- Provide leadership and administrative support to department associates.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accrediting agencies.
- Maintain accurate statistics on productivity, performance indicators, and quality management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent degree.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist, MLS, CLS, or Equivalent.
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
- 10 years or greater as a Medical Technologist, MLS, CLS, or Equivalent preferred.
- Registered as MT(ASCP) or MLS(ASCP) or CLS(AMT) or equivalent required.
