POSITION SUMMARY

Regardless of your position, certain elements are vital for success: ensuring a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and demeanor. Guest Environment Specialists will be active throughout their shifts, engaging in physical activities such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and taking a hands-on approach to their responsibilities (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance). Excelling in these tasks, along with other reasonable duties as assigned, is essential for Guest Environment Specialists to consistently meet the expectations of our guests and our business.

The compensation for this role ranges from $26.15 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package, which encompasses healthcare benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, accrued paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and various wellness benefits. Eligibility for benefits may be subject to standard requirements and conditions.
