Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 18 months of retail experience, including 6+ months of supervisory experience;">
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets, reducing labor costs, and improving customer satisfaction;">
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams;">
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions;">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations-related applications;">
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing;">
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds;">
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed;">
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;">
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences;">
