Role Expectations

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a collaborative atmosphere and excels in a dynamic food service setting. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow both verbal and written directives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and courteous service of meals while adhering to sanitation standards in a clean and inviting dining area.
  • Engage with residents and guests, taking meal orders efficiently and delivering them to the kitchen.
  • Manage multiple resident orders simultaneously, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and server stations, being mindful of health and safety protocols.
  • Assist residents with their dining needs, including serving meals and beverages, and accommodating special requests.
  • Clear tables promptly after meals and prepare the dining area for the next service.
  • Complete additional tasks such as restocking supplies and assisting with special events as directed by management.
Compensation and Schedule

Pay Rate: $16.28 per hour

Work Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week, with varying shifts from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a valid food handler's card.
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Communicate effectively and promptly with residents and team members.
  • Complete required training within specified timelines.
