Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Gourmet Coffee Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized coffee cart and surrounding areas
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional service is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
