About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at the PGA TOUR Global Home Cafe. As a Barista, you will be responsible for serving gourmet coffee and other products with friendly, individualized attention towards each guest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each guest.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service operational procedures.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
