Clinical Director

At JAG Physical Therapy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our team of physical therapists and support staff. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outpatient clinic, ensuring compliance with all regulations and healthcare requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

• Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff to achieve clinical and operational goals.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve patient outcomes.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to physical therapists and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Monitor and analyze clinical and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to promote our services and improve patient access.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our clinic remains competitive and compliant.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., physical therapy, healthcare administration).
• Professional license/certification in physical therapy (e.g., PT, DPT).
• Minimum of three years' experience in clinical leadership or management, preferably in a physical therapy or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of EMR systems and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Total compensation package of $95,000-$115,000.
• Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus.
