About the Role

Catalent Inc is seeking a highly skilled Associate Lead I to join our team. As a key member of our Manufacturing department, you will be responsible for leading training sessions, tracking and monitoring training records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead training sessions for employees and groups, ensuring timely and accurate reports and compliance metrics.
  • Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and develop evaluations to measure the effectiveness of MFG department training.
  • Design and develop training on job-specific tasks, SOPs, FDA cGMP, Environmental Health & Safety regulations, and general work skills.
  • Provide feedback to revise training materials based on evaluation outcomes.
  • Support safety improvements and provide on-the-floor manufacturing assistance.
  • Assist Quality Assurance with SOP training and participate in team meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (e.g., biology, biotechnology, engineering) or related life science field.
  • Ability to use Excel, Word, and other office systems.
  • Ability to learn and use quality, operations, and/or scientific management software.
  • Ability to understand and apply CGMPs to everyday work.
  • Capable of learning unfamiliar principles or techniques with training.
