About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Focused HR Solutions. Based in Columbia, SC, this 100% on-site position offers an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to our company's growth.

Job Description: As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for daily maintenance tasks, ensuring the seamless operation of our Salesforce environment. Your expertise will be essential in configuring and managing our Salesforce instance, as well as providing excellent communication and collaboration abilities to our technical peers, management, users, vendors, and staff members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification: You hold a Salesforce Certified Administrator certification or have equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on daily maintenance tasks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, enabling you to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Communication and Collaboration Abilities: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are essential for success in this role, as you will work closely with various stakeholders.

PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

  • Practical Experience: Practical experience in creating and managing Salesforce sandbox environments is highly desirable.
  • Code Modifications: Proficiency in promoting code modifications and updates between Salesforce environments is also preferred.
  • External Integrations: Familiarity with external integrations, including AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure AD, is a plus.
