North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a skilled LPN/LVN to join our team in Tupelo, Mississippi.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN/LVN to provide high-quality patient care in our clinic setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
Responsibilities- Provide a wide range of nursing functions to support the medical plan of care, including patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including daily nursing summaries and medication administration records.
- Contribute to the development of individualized care plans and provide patient/family teaching necessary for continuing care during and after discharge.
- Perform IV therapy utilizing hospital guidelines and maintain knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care.
- Must be licensed to practice as an LPN in the State of Mississippi.
- Must complete certified LPN course and maintain current AHA CPR certification.
- Must meet continuing education requirements as defined by the State of Mississippi.
- Must maintain knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care and re-certify CLPN course and licensure every 2 years.
