Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects related to highway and road design and construction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies and clients to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Adhere to and follow all firm-wide policies and procedures, including human resources management, project management, financial management, client relations, quality assurance and control, and business development.
  • Research, analyze, and present technical performance and project measures to stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects with strict adherence to budgets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
  • Five years of experience in highway design.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Excellent technical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently on several concurrent projects and participate in the entire design process.
  • Ability to supervise multiple employees and projects, and work in a team environment.
  • Good working knowledge of public agency standards and guidelines.
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of all plans, reports, studies, etc. required for land development projects.
  • Technically proficient in all aspects of water resources design.
