- Exhibiting physical endurance to remain active and travel as business demands.
- Identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting competitor accounts.
- Engaging with new and existing customers to understand their needs.
- Highlighting product features and addressing inquiries from customers.
- Negotiating pricing and terms for products and services while preparing sales agreements.
- Collaborating with colleagues across various sectors of the Pepsi MidAmerica team.
- Maintaining contact lists and following up with customers to strengthen relationships.
- Exceeding customer service expectations.
- Upholding professional relationships with both coworkers and customers.
- Adhering to Pepsi MidAmerica standards while creating sales opportunities.
Qualified candidates will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Management.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Industrial Technology, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (4+ years of Sales and/or Management experience may substitute for a degree).
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, online research, and report writing.
- A willingness to undergo background and drug screenings.
