We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to manage the daily operations of a prestigious two-story residence.
This role involves overseeing a spacious home and ensuring that it is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
The position requires flexibility, as the family also has a secondary residence where duties will be performed during specific times of the year.
The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours required for special events, with prior notice provided.
Key Responsibilities- Manage laundry for the entire family, including high-end garments and children's clothing.
- Perform ironing and deep cleaning tasks on a weekly basis.
- Conduct monthly deep cleaning of kitchen appliances, including the refrigerator and freezer.
- Maintain cleanliness through regular mopping and general tidying.
- Handle unpacking of deliveries and organization of household items.
- Collaborate with a full-time chef, with no need for grocery shopping or meal preparation.
Ideal candidates will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a high-end private household setting, along with verifiable references demonstrating excellence in previous roles.
Requirements- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that essential duties are completed daily.
- Driving skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must possess a valid US passport, Green Card, or Employment Authorization Card.
The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $45 to $55, along with a Metrocard, healthcare stipend, and standard industry benefits including paid time off and sick leave.
