Therapist - Student Support and Guidance

**Job Summary**
CONCERN is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate School-Based Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will provide therapeutic services to students in the Upper Perkiomen school district.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and adolescents. As a School-Based Therapist, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as develop and implement treatment plans to address a range of mental health concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a multi-disciplinary treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans for students on your assigned caseload.
- Provide and monitor psychotherapy for children and adolescents in a competent and professional manner, according to the components described in the treatment plan.
- Work in conjunction with CONCERN Case Managers to implement treatments and individual program descriptions, schedule assigned clients according to CONCERN delivery standards, and fulfill all case management duties in a timely and professional manner.
- Help clients develop and implement aftercare plans.
- Participate in scheduled staff meetings, in-service gatherings, Quality Assurance audits, and supervision with the program psychiatrist and Clinical Supervisor as directed.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all linkage and referral agencies.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a clinical discipline (required)
- LSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or License eligible within 3 months of hire (required)
- At least two years of related clinical experience
- Maintain required state and federal clearances and/or credentials
- Maintain a valid driver's license
- Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
- Basic competency in using Electronic Healthcare Record systems
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines
