Job Opportunity: School-Based Therapist

CONCERN, a non-profit human services organization, is seeking a part-time variable school-based therapist to provide therapeutic services for students in the Upper Perkiomen school district.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a multi-disciplinary treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide and monitor psychotherapy for children and adolescents in a competent and professional manner.
  • Work with CONCERN Case Managers to implement treatments and individual program descriptions.
  • Document all provision of services and maintain high standards of confidentiality.
  • Help clients develop and implement aftercare plans.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a clinical discipline.
  • LSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or license eligible within 3 months of hire.
  • At least two years of related clinical experience.
  • Maintain required state and federal clearances and/or credentials.
  • Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Basic competency in using Electronic Healthcare Record systems.
