We are currently seeking a skilled Expeditor who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a positive demeanor, and a genuine passion for service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the smooth flow of orders from the front of house to the kitchen.
• Prioritize order preparation to ensure timely service.
• Assist in the final assembly of dishes before they are served.
• Verify the accuracy, presentation, and temperature of dishes prior to delivery.
• Ensure prompt delivery of orders to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve any obstacles in service or food preparation areas.
• Conduct inspections of the premises to uphold quality and sanitation standards.
• Communicate essential information between kitchen staff and servers, particularly regarding special customer requests.
• Address client concerns to maintain the restaurant's esteemed reputation.
• Support additional tasks as required to ensure operational efficiency.
• Process billing and payment transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in upscale casual or fine dining establishments.
