Kitchen Coordinator

We are currently seeking a skilled Expeditor who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and who is dedicated to providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a positive demeanor, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the smooth flow of orders from the front of house to the kitchen.
• Prioritize orders to ensure timely preparation.
• Assist in the final assembly of dishes before they are served.
• Verify the accuracy, presentation, and temperature of dishes prior to delivery.
• Ensure prompt delivery of orders to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve any obstacles in service or food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the premises.
• Communicate important information between kitchen staff and servers, especially regarding special customer requests.
• Address and resolve customer complaints to uphold the restaurant's reputation.
• Support additional tasks as required by management.
• Process bills and handle payments efficiently.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in upscale casual or fine dining establishments.
