Senior Clinic Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Clinic Nurse to contribute to the success of Pacific Medical Centers. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an outpatient surgery setting, adhering to Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Center's clinical standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential risks, and implement evidence-based interventions to prevent complications and promote patient safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies that enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- At least 3 years of recent RN experience in an in-patient care or specialty care setting.
