Senior Clinic Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Clinic Nurse to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in our outpatient surgery department.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, direct, and deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Center's clinical standards.
- Follow professional standards of nursing practice, procedures, and protocols to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Collaborate with the department Supervisor or Manager to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate, or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- 3 years of recent RN experience in an in-patient care or specialty care setting.
- Coursework or training in equipment and instrument sterilization.
- Coursework or training in sterile technique.
- Coursework or training in equipment used within the specialty department.
- Certification in specialty (CCRN, CNOR, or CGRN).
