Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Beltone. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide general office and administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Patient Care: Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including scheduling appointments, preparing patient charts, and coordinating patient flow.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement local marketing and sales strategies to attract new patients and grow our business.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, including responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA and state laws.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2 years of office experience preferred, with 2 years of sales and customer service experience also preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Work Environment: Willing to work flexible hours and days, with a clean and welcoming office environment.
