Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation to join our esteemed team at our medical centers. This role is designed to enhance patient care through collaboration with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, ensuring high-quality, patient-focused healthcare delivery.

What to Expect:
As part of a collaborative team of professionals, you will engage with specialists in Rehabilitation, Interventional Pain, Chronic Pain, Pain Psychology, Neurology, and Orthopedics. The position entails:

  • An outpatient-focused role with no on-call duties or weekend shifts.
  • A blend of neuro-rehabilitation management and musculoskeletal medicine.
  • No chronic opioid management required, as we emphasize opioid-sparing strategies.
  • Access to ultrasound technology and Complementary and Integrative Health resources, along with dedicated Health Coaching services.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
  • A valid medical license or the ability to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
  • Eligibility for work visa sponsorship.
