About the Role

We are seeking a skilled LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team at Eagle Care LLC. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical and psychosocial well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide compassionate and detail-oriented care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Administer Medications: Safely administer medications to residents, monitoring their health and responding to any changes.
  • Conduct Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of resident health, documenting changes and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Support Daily Activities: Assist residents with daily tasks, fostering independence while providing support in daily activities.
  • Develop Care Plans: Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, considering the unique needs of each resident.
