Pillars of Hermantown is seeking a Housekeeper to enhance our environmental services team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include cleaning designated public areas of the facility.

Work Schedule:

  • 48 hours biweekly
  • Daytime shifts
  • Every other weekend
  • Eligible for full benefits, including paid time off, retirement matching, and early wage access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in resident and communal areas as assigned, including floor maintenance.
  • Assist with minor maintenance tasks and respond to cleaning emergencies as necessary.
  • Oversee the upkeep of cleaning equipment and inventory.
  • Support residents with laundry services upon request.
  • Ensure timely and efficient turnover of living spaces.
  • Perform duties safely, utilizing proper body mechanics and protective gear.
  • Foster a safe environment for staff, residents, and visitors.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate attention to detail, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Capability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions, including policies and safety guidelines.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or similar role.
