Position Overview:

Pillars of Hermantown is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role involves cleaning designated public areas of the facility.

Work Schedule:

  • 48 hours biweekly
  • Day shifts
  • Every other weekend
  • Eligible for full benefits including paid time off, retirement matching, and early wage access

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning duties in resident and common areas, including floor maintenance
  • Assist with minor maintenance tasks and promptly address cleaning emergencies
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
  • Support residents with laundry services as needed
  • Ensure timely and efficient turnover of apartments
  • Execute job responsibilities safely, utilizing proper body mechanics and protective gear
  • Promote a safe environment for all staff, residents, and visitors
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, multitasking skills, and a commitment to confidentiality
  • Proficient in understanding and following verbal and written instructions, including policies and safety protocols

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or similar role
