Pillars of Hermantown is seeking a Housekeeper to enhance our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include cleaning designated public areas of the facility.

Work Schedule:

• 48 hours biweekly
• Daytime shifts
• Every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties in resident and common areas as assigned, including floor maintenance.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and respond to cleaning emergencies as required.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and inventory of supplies.
• Support residents with laundry services upon request.
• Ensure timely and efficient turnover of living spaces.
• Execute job responsibilities safely, utilizing proper body mechanics and protective gear.
• Foster a safe environment for staff, residents, and visitors.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Ability to work independently with attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Comprehension of verbal and written instructions, including policies and safety protocols.

Preferred:

• Experience in cleaning or a related field.
