Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraud cases, utilizing advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps in our risk management processes, ensuring that our controls are robust and effective.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to colleagues on fraud detection and prevention techniques, helping to build a culture of risk awareness throughout the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends, applying your knowledge and expertise to inform our risk management strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in fraud investigation, risk management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and mitigating fraud risk, with a strong understanding of industry accepted red flag indicators.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with experience working with digital fraud detection tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
