About the Role:

ChampionX is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and Test: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on assemblies and individual components to ensure they meet specifications and drawings.
  • Document and Record: Complete inspection reports, related paperwork, and ensure all information is recorded accurately.
  • Implement Quality Control Measures: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose solutions to enhance our quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with production, engineering, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and effective quality control.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or quality environment.
  • Skills: Knowledge and skilled in the use of standard measurement techniques commonly used in a manufacturing shop, i.e. calipers, scales, gages, micrometers, meters.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in parts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to complete reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) equipment.
  • Experience running CMM and Visual Inspection systems.
