Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a company that prioritizes employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage Project Plans: Create scope, schedule, and budget plans for projects.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
  • Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Communicate Progress: Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress and challenges.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Procurement: Manage procurement processes for materials and subcontractor services, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on track.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in K-12 or healthcare sectors.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction management principles, methods, and best practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Multi-Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
