About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Care Specialist. As a member of our CARE Team, you will be responsible for handling financial and non-financial transactions and policy changes in compliance with regulatory and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle financial and non-financial transactions and policy changes in compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to consumers.
  • Communicate effectively with consumers via various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Utilize proprietary computer applications to process transactions and manage consumer information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and identify ways to improve the consumer experience.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent proven experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using proprietary computer applications.
