Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the design and execution of MEPF systems across various project types, ensuring innovative and effective solutions.
  • Review, prepare, and authorize engineering drawings and documentation, adhering to Florida state regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering teams to achieve cohesive and efficient design outcomes.
  • Perform site evaluations, inspections, and assessments to maintain project quality and compliance.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to guarantee timely and successful project completion.
  • Offer technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
  • Stay informed on industry advancements, codes, and regulations to uphold best practices and compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.
  • A minimum of 10 years of MEPF engineering experience, with a solid portfolio of projects completed in Florida.
  • Expertise in design and analysis software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant applications.
  • Thorough understanding of Florida building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, medical, and multifamily projects.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex engineering projects.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
