Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the successful execution of all housekeeping operations, including Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Health Club, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance departments.
  • Manage staff to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and maximize financial performance.
  • Lead specific teams and assist with meeting or exceeding property goals.
  • Ensure that standards and procedures are being followed.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
