  • Perform daily dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of all common areas

  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, carpets, and floors as needed
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment, free from hazards and obstacles
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service
  • Participate in leisure activities and events, promoting a positive and engaging community atmosphere
  • Assist with meal service and dining room activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of related experience and/or training preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
  • Good body mechanics and safe working habits
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality
