Senior Customer Service Representative
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at 1st Franklin Financial. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
* Work closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure seamless customer interactions across all touchpoints
**Requirements**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
