Position Overview:
Under the guidance of the Director of Regional Warehouses, the Warehouse Clerk plays a crucial role in managing and processing information within the Assembly Department. This position is responsible for maintaining records and daily outputs for the Assembly team. The Warehouse Clerk will also handle the receipt of daily parts shipments and Stock Transfer Orders (STO's), ensuring proper storage procedures are followed. This is a non-supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process orders for the Assembly Team using SAP
· Maintain daily output records for the Assembly team in Excel
· Distribute and monitor open production orders
· Receive incoming parts shipments
· Manage Stock Transfer Orders (STO's)
· Systematically and physically store received parts in designated bins
· Conduct daily cycle counts on inventory
· Assist in confirming outbound orders
· Cross-train with the Operations Coordinator for backup responsibilities
· Update and distribute weekly spreadsheets
· This is a non-supervisory position.
Qualifications:
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Associate's degree or relevant experience preferred
Experience:
· Familiarity with warehouse operations and processes is desirable
Additional Requirements:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is REQUIRED
· Experience with SAP is REQUIRED
· Knowledge of cycle counting procedures
· Willingness to cross-train in various business areas
