Job Summary:

Cindavi is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and review of manufacturing processes and equipment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, quality, and success in a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Process Design and Development

  • Design and procure fixtures and equipment to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing problems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

II. Process Improvement and Optimization

  • Recommend process changes to improve quality and efficiency, and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

III. Production Support and Maintenance

  • Set up and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct quality checks on production parts to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Work with external vendors to source materials and equipment.

IV. Company Goals and Objectives

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and conduct when working with colleagues, superiors, and production personnel.
  • Ensure the quality of products meets company goals and prevent defects that could lead to damage, loss, or fines.
  • Manage business contacts with individuals inside or outside the company, requiring resourcefulness, tact, and knowledge of policies, business practices, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
  • Minimum two years' experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred experience in metal tube fabrication and welded assemblies.
  • Sound knowledge of engineering theory and manufacturing techniques.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
