Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Warehouse Workers, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop manufacturing processes and equipment to meet production requirements.
  • Implement and review manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing problems to identify solutions.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track manufacturing performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering theory and manufacturing techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
