II. Process Improvement
  • Recommend process changes to improve quality and efficiency.

III. Production and Maintenance Support
  • Set up machines and equipment to ensure smooth production.
  • Inspect parts in production to ensure quality standards.
  • Collaborate with outside vendors to source materials and equipment.
  • Support Sales and Product managers by assisting with sales calls and customer visits.
IV. Company Goals Support
  • Maintain professional standards of conduct when working with superiors, colleagues, and production personnel.
  • Ensure the quality of products to meet company goals and prevent defects.
  • Manage business contacts with individuals inside or outside the Company.
  • Handle confidential information regarding manufacturing know-how and patents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
  • Minimum two years' experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred experience in metal tube fabrication and welded assemblies.
  • Sound knowledge of engineering theory and manufacturing techniques.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
