Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, implementing physicians' prescribed care plans and maintaining accurate documentation in the system of record.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies, conducting patient assessments and coordinating care.
- Promote health and provide education and training to family members, ensuring a smooth and effective care experience.
- Active Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding nursing care to pediatric patients.
- Comprehensive Health, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, and Life Insurance (elective benefit).
