Pediatric Specialty Care Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Pediatric Specialty Care in Point Pleasant, PA. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the general health and well-being of our patients by providing direct nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Participate in the planning and delivery of care to patients, ensuring that their physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met.
  • Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel and assist in modifying treatment regimens as needed.
  • Document patient care and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Credentials as a Registered Nurse with a current state license in good standing.
  • Valid, current BLS/CPR and First Aid certification.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Training and work experience in a pediatric setting preferred.
